I dont renember the story of this character i just know it was a doctor with a similar story from the movie the Fly where a doctor mixed his DNA with a fly or something like that, the hard part about making this character was the extra fly arms and the bug wings.

Hmm, I think what happened with him was they were putting Baxter into some zappy lasery room to get rid of him, and a fly flew in with him. When they pushed the button he turned into a fly guy and went on a rampage!
